Brie Kind aspires to offer the best charcuterie available anywhere. It starts with quality ingredients and the best food products found on the market. Fortunately, North Carolina offers both, and according to our thriving foodie community, it’s a bit of a “culinary mecca.” With the influences of the mountains on one side and the coast on the other, it’s no wonder NC has acquired such a reputation.
We’re excited to offer many local products on our charcuterie boards. From cheeses by Ashe County Cheese and Cowgirl Creamery, local artisanal honey, hand-made chocolate, and jams and jellies, to some of the best French macarons you can find anywhere, we’re always on the hunt to find them and offer them to you.
